Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of UnKagaj, an AI-powered invoice, vendor, purchase and payment control software for small businesses operated by Padmalata Tech Private Limited.

1. Use of Service

UnKagaj is provided to help businesses manage vendor invoices, purchase records, approvals, payment tracking, dashboards, reports and reminders. Users may upload invoice photos, scanned images or files for AI-assisted data capture. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the information entered, extracted or uploaded is accurate.

2. Not an Accounting, Tax or Legal Advisor

UnKagaj is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or audit advice. Businesses should consult their accountant, tax consultant or advisor for statutory compliance and filings.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to paid plans is provided on a subscription basis. Plan limits, users, invoice volume and features may vary depending on the selected package.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has started, no partial or full refund will be provided for that billing period.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may stop or cancel their subscription. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew thereafter. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of the active billing cycle.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality, verifying invoice data, approving transactions carefully and ensuring payment records are updated correctly.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues or factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

UnKagaj shall not be liable for business losses, missed payments, incorrect entries, compliance issues or decisions made based on user-entered or system-extracted data. Users must review and verify important information.
